Any locked door that is not specifically part of a quest or contract or treasure hunt as in you ve found a letter or note along with a key cannot be opened in the game and leaving the area will not automatically unlock those doors.

There is nothing in there but junk loot and another door that opens to the entrance to the property. I m not totally convinced that there are keys for them in some cases.
